Ultimate well-being depends on your lifestyle, not just your nutrition and exercise. In this module, we'll start with reviewing the well-being map and assessing your current lifestyle.

You’ll create a clear vision of what optimal well-being looks like to you by creating a future healthy, energized version of yourself. With this version in mind, you’ll set your specific wellness goals and discover your internal reasons for pursuing these goals.

Optimize Your Sleep

You’ve probably heard about the importance of sleep for your health and well-being.

Sleep restores your body and brain. It strengthens your cardiovascular and immune systems, boosts your concentration and focus, and improves your mood and happiness. 

Multiple research studies have shown the negative impact that sleep deprivation can have on your body. Ongoing sleep deficiency is linked to obesity, an increased risk of heart disease, kidney disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, and stroke.

While sleep requirements can vary slightly from person to person, most healthy adults need between seven to nine hours of sleep per night to function at their best.

Create Consistent Exercise Routine

Improve Your Nutrition

Food not only gives you the energy to fuel your body, but it also provides vitamins and minerals that are required for your body to function better.  Food can also alter how your genes behave by switching on and off specific genes.

You’ve probably heard about numerous diets and wondered which one is best for you. Instead of trying to figure out the best diet, we are going to focus on main principles of good nutrition.

Healthy eating is not about strict limitations, calories counting, or depriving yourself of the foods you love. You will increase healthy foods (fruits, vegetables, plant-based oils, fish, seafood, lean proteins, whole grains, unsaturated fats, complex carbohydrates) and reduce processed foods.


  • Track your food and drink intake for a week or two to become more aware of what you eat and when you consume food. You'll learn several ways how to do it. Tracking food can be a helpful tool for weight control, improving your nutrition, and creating healthy eating habits. 
  • Once you have a record of your meals, you will identify what you would like to add or subtract from your diet. 
  • You will become aware of your emotional eating urges when you experience cravings for high-fat or high-sugar foods. Instead of relying on your willpower to control your urges, you will put together a plan on how you’d like to respond when your food cravings arise.

Take Control of Your Mind 

Many people believe that outside events create emotions. In reality, most emotions are the result of your thoughts about those events. When something happens, you try to make meaning out of a situation and instantaneously generate thoughts.

You do not have control over thoughts that come into your mind, but you do have control over how you respond to those thoughts. In this module, you will learn the specific techniques of how to consciously take control of your thoughts and replace your negative thoughts with more empowering ones.


  • You'll start noticing and acknowledging more of your thoughts. You'll start recognizing what is happening in your brain and what stories you tell yourself. 
  • You'll create a daily meditation practice that can tremendously reduce your stress and anxiety. If you are completely new to meditation, you'll learn how to start by meditating. You'll also learn how to bring more mindfulness into your life.
  • You'll develop journaling practice that will help you gain mental clarity and reduce stress. 
Module 6

Stay Motivated and Productive 

Motivation can be defined as the force driven by desires, needs, or wants that cause a person to take action. Many people believe that they need the motivation to get started. However, if you wait until you feel motivated to do something, it likely will never happen.

In this final module, you’ll learn how to get things done even when you don’t feel like doing anything.

You'll start setting up your daily priorities before you get into the busyness of your day.

Fitness and wellness have been an inseparable part of my life since 2012 when I decided to climb Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest mountain.

After Kilimanjaro, I climbed Aconcagua in South America, Elbrus in Russia, three volcanos in Ecuador, and Denali in Alaska. I’ve also become a passionate runner and triathlete and completed seven Ironman triathlons in addition to twelve marathons and ultramarathons. Over these years, I’ve also been building a successful career in finance.

I’ve experienced firsthand the importance of managing my well-being to achieve my personal and professional goals. I’ve studied human physiology, psychology, nutrition, fitness, and optimal physical performance. In addition, I’ve also been a keen student of motivation, mindset, and spirituality. I’m a certified life coach, triathlon coach, nutritionist, and personal trainer.
